Bexhill Sunday gatherings at King's Church 1066

Whoever you are, wherever you’re from, you are welcome to join us on Sundays at our Bexhill venue.

Our Sunday gatherings

Our Sunday gatherings

Our Bexhill venue meets on Sundays at our church building on Sackville Road, TN39 3JA. We gather from 10.30am for tea and coffee and a chance to chat. This is usually followed by singing in worship to Jesus, sharing church news about what’s coming up, and a 30-minute preach rooted in the Bible.

The meeting usually finishes around 12.30pm. Once a month when we have lunch together – all are welcome and we can always help ensure everyone has enough.

You’re also welcome to join us at our 9.45am Sunday prayer meeting.

Kids & Youth

About 10 minutes into most Sunday gatherings at our Bexhill venue, our under-11s go out for children’s activities. Your child is welcome to join in with one of our King’s Kids groups – pre-school, Reception to Year 2, or Year 3 to Year 6.

Every other Sunday we have Live on Sunday for young people in school years 7-9 – they usually go out just as the preach is starting.

King’s Church 1066 is one church family with different venues. We have one vision and are led by one group of elders, who are accountable to one set of trustees. Each venue has its own leader(s) and leadership team, and these are overseen by the elders.

More than Sundays

Our Sunday gatherings are just one small part of church life. We also run mid-week activities – some of which bring all King’s Church 1066 venues together (such as prayer meetings); others are just for Bexhill venue (such as Connect Groups, which take place across the town at various times, and men’s and women’s breakfasts, each monthly on Saturdays).
